Terms of service for TransCraft Copilot plugins and license services.
Seller identity
TransCraft Copilot plugin licenses are provided by TransCraft (YourTransCraft), Si Chuan Sheng Cheng Du Shi Wu Hou Qu Zhi Da Er Lu 58 Hao 2 Dong 9 Ceng 912 Hao. Support contact: stevenash120@gmail.com.
License scope
A paid license unlocks the purchased TransCraft plugin entitlement for the configured period and device limit. The license is for the buyer or organization named in the order and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to bypass device limits. AI model usage fees, if any, are charged by the user-selected model provider and are not included unless explicitly stated.
Payment channels
Website purchases are processed through Paddle checkout in USD. Paddle may appear on receipts, invoices, PayPal records, or card statements. Taxes, VAT/GST, invoice fields, and available payment methods are handled by Paddle during checkout.
Order fulfillment
After Paddle confirms payment, the website issues a license key automatically and shows it on the order status page. The downloadable plugin package is provided as a ZIP or individual .sdlplugin installers for supported Trados Studio versions.
Human review required
AI suggestions are assistive. Translators, reviewers, and project owners remain responsible for the final translation, QA decisions, and delivery quality.
Compatibility
The current package matrix targets Trados Studio 2019, 2021, 2022, 2024. Install the package matching your Trados Studio major version.
Refunds
Refund handling follows Paddle's refund policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law. When a refund is completed, access to the refunded license ends.
